Training
We are committed to CSCS with over 90% compliance. Our workforce hold a variety
of plant operator certificates along with Road and Streetworks licenses, Confined
Spaces and first aid certificates.
We believe it is
important that all companies are committed to training and to attract young
people into the industry. We currently have two trainee groundworkers at the
National Construction College and one technical trainee at Coventry University.
